Taking inspiration from vernacular aesthetics, local myths and natural landscapes, in collaboration with the artist Giles Round, hund developed the visual identity of Biennale Gherdëina ∞ Persones Persons, 8th edition of Val Gardena contemporary art biennale curated by Lucia Pietroiusti and Filipa Ramos.

The result is a cipher system with lunar phases – so beloved by our "Pale Mountains", the Dolomites – and the Gregorian calendar as time markers. The color palette used takes inspiration from the visual references encountered during the drifts among the locations of Val Gardena.
